This interactive clock tower aims to play with the idea how the people position themselves according to the time of day. In order to see the time, one has to put his/her hand on the touch sensitive switch and wrap directly under the indicating light. Inspire by children around trees in park, this hope to create unexpected encounters between strangers. 
This installation collects and translates your feet tapping motion into a rotary one. It then drives the wheels at the top, mimicking the soothing shadows of leaves. Each stepper drives two wheels and the more users use it, the more dramatic the experience.
This is a video documenting the idea of Entrainment involving users. Entrainment is the process whereby two interacting oscillating systems, which have different periods when they function independently, assume the same period.
